MIRROR’S LIFE UNFILTERED TRUTH
Lucas’ writing style is engaging, transporting one through time with its descriptive and captivating scenes and believable characters. As you read, one cannot help but find parallels between oneself and the different characters in the story.

I FELT SEEN AND VALIDATED
It is one of the few books that left a mark on me. I was given a book to read, and it was just what I needed to realize. We will all interpret the book differently, but it came to me as a tool— a guide that led me to my version of what it meant to have a purpose. After finishing the book, it took me time to digest my moment of clarity. That sudden epiphany got me staring at the ceiling long enough for me to articulate my thoughts into words.
Honestly, this is a very well-written and intriguing book. From the expertly constructed plot to the end of the protagonist’s story. Although this potter’s story was portrayed as a biblical fiction; the characters felt alive, so raw it will leave an impression. I never felt connected to a fictional character as I am with Jonathan. I felt seen and validated. It dawned on me that I was never lost to begin with. I am where I’m supposed to be. The journey may seem like it’s a dead-end, hopeless even, but you need to learn how to trust. Trust that all will make sense in the future. That all the pieces will fall in place when the time is right, and it will lead you to the answers you seek. You just need to read it with an open mind and an open heart.

fresh and meaningful
The Potter’s Story is a heartfelt and wonderful story about a young man on his journey to discover who he is and what his purpose might be.
The story also explores a father’s unwavering love — deep, constant, sometimes hidden—in ways that children or young people may struggle to understand or don’t always recognize until they’re older or when parents have passed, when they finally see the quiet sacrifices and unspoken care that were always there.
The writing feels really natural and poetic at the same time, and the story flows so smoothly that it’s hard to put down.
If you’re looking for something fresh and meaningful, I’d definitely recommend The Potter’s Story — it’s a gem worth reading.

A great book with Christian values
I absolutely loved The Potter’s Story by Isoebella Lucas. This book is one that is beautifully written and is so descriptive in details. God will give you directions and if we listen we will see, hear, and read books that help us connect closer to him. The young man in this book reminds us that God has great plans for us. I never wanted to be a teacher but somehow I ended up being a special education teacher. I made such a connection with him and am so happy that I had the privilege of reading and learning from a great book with such Christian values. Isoebella has a God given talent for writing and I hunger for more of her books. Please read this book!
